How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the use case and the number of systems involved. A focused assistant that answers from your existing content is a much smaller build than an agent connected to several tools. You get a timeline after the strategy call, tied to a defined first release.
How fast can we start?
Quickly. Book a strategy call and we can usually talk within a few days. If we’re a fit, you get a written scope and estimate shortly after, and work starts as soon as you approve it — no long sales process.
How do you handle data privacy with AI features?
Privacy is designed in from the start: only the data a feature needs is sent to the model, access follows your existing permissions, and providers and settings are chosen to fit your requirements. We cover this on the strategy call before anything is built.
Will the chatbot make things up?
Any AI model can be wrong, so the system is built to limit it: answers grounded in your own content, clear boundaries on what it will answer, and a handoff to a person when a question is outside those boundaries.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You own the code and the repository, and accounts are set up in your name. You are never locked in to working with me.
How do we work together day to day?
You work directly with me — no account manager and no agency handoff. You get regular progress updates, working builds to review, and quick answers when decisions come up.
What if I only need a small feature, not a full platform?
That’s fine — not every project is a full build. A single feature, an integration, a fix or a review of existing code can be scoped and quoted on its own. The strategy call is free either way, so it costs nothing to ask.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. I’m happy to sign your NDA before you share details — send it over before or after booking. Your idea and information are kept confidential either way.
