TOYGO ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the TOYGO mobile application. Please read it carefully.
TOYGO is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, usage data, or the content you create (including photos of toys, prompts, or generated videos) to our servers or to any third party. All processing and storage happens on your device.
We do not collect:
• Personal identification information (name, email, address, etc.)
• Photos or images you upload for animation
• Text prompts or descriptions you enter
• Generated videos or audio you create
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data
• Device identifiers for tracking or advertising
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third-party brokers, advertisers, or data partners.
All videos and content you create are saved locally on your device storage only. They remain under your control. The app does not upload your creations to our servers or to the cloud. Any export or sharing you choose to do (e.g., saving to your photo library or sharing to social platforms) is initiated by you and subject to those platforms' own policies.
TOYGO uses on-device or service-based AI to generate animations from your photos and prompts. Where processing may occur, we do not retain your inputs or outputs for our own use, and we do not use your content to train models or improve services in a way that identifies you or your content.
If the app uses any third-party services (e.g., for AI processing or analytics), we select providers that respect privacy and do not use your data for their own advertising or profiling. We do not share your content with third-party data brokers.
Because we do not collect or store your data on our systems, there is no database of your content for us to secure. Your content remains on your device, and you are responsible for its security (e.g., device passcode, backup settings). We encourage you to use your device's built-in security features.
TOYGO may be used by families and children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. The app does not require account registration or submission of personal details for core functionality.
You control your content. You may delete the app at any time; any content stored locally on your device may be removed when you delete the app or clear app data, depending on your device settings. If you have questions about your data, contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where feasible.

If you downloaded TOYGO from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Apple Standard EULA. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, or support, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the EULA and may enforce it against you.
