2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. You agree not to impersonate others or provide false information.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use real-time camera photos (no uploads or altered images)
• Follow all safety guidelines, including only meeting in the suggested location
• Never harass, threaten, or exploit other users

Violating these terms can result in account suspension or termination.

4. Safety Guidelines

• Only meet in the suggested public location provided by our app
• Do not meet anyone who asks to change the meeting place
• Report suspicious or unsafe behavior

We do not verify user backgrounds or guarantee the behavior of any users. You assume all risks related to meeting other users.

5. No Liability

Algo is not responsible for any interactions, communications, or meetings between users. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages that result from use of the app, including:

• In-person meetings
• Profile misrepresentation
• User conduct

Use of this app is at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app for any reason, including violations of these terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration (not class actions), where legally permitted.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
